Surgical Care

Boardwalk Animal Hospital offers a variety of surgical procedures in addition to spaying and neutering. We take the utmost care to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. Pre-surgical blood work is recommended to make sure the patient is stable for their procedure. Respiratory, heart, and blood pressure monitors are used throughout each procedure. Post-op pain management will be recommended to ensure the comfort of your pet after its procedure, and is an important part of your pet’s recovery. A licensed veterinary technician monitors all patients throughout their surgery and during recovery.
